About us
Delivering advanced clean solutions for Sustainability, Resiliency, and Equitability
Fortecha Power is focused on design, development, and production of innovative, operationally flexible, and scalable mobile containerized systems, to include our Vehicle Charging and Microgrid System (VCMS), Mobile Medical System (MMS), and Mobile Water Purification System (MWPS). These systems uniquely address the barriers to electric vehicle (EV) deployment, the humanitarian need for accessible clean energy, medical diagnosis and treatment, and potable drinking water for everyone and in every situation. In addition, Fortecha Power specializes in providing consulting, engineering, and management support for EV Supply Equipment (EVSE) and its related infrastructure.
Our Vision, Mission, and Goal
Vision
Global Sustainability, Resiliency, and Equitability
Mission
Globally Deploy Stationary and Mobile Energy, Water, and Medical Systems
Goal
Universal Access to Affordable Clean Energy, Medical Diagnosis and Treatment, and Potable Drinking Water
Electric Vehicle Charger Focus
Fortecha Power, along with our Strategic Partner, American Renewable Energy Company and F&I for EV, are focused on the full range of Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers
Level 1 Chargers
Level 1 AC charging uses a standard 120-volt AC electric circuit, from 12 to 16 amps. Level 1 chargers provide 2 to 5 miles of range per hour of charge. Charge times vary based on the charger, the on-board vehicle charging equipment, and the vehicle’s battery capacity. Level 1 chargers are typically installed in residences.
Level 2 Chargers
Level 2 AC charging uses a 208/240 volt AC electric circuit, up to 80 amps. Level 2 chargers provide 10 to 20 miles of range per hour of charge. Charge times vary based on the charger, the on-board vehicle charging equipment, and the vehicle’s battery capacity. Level 2 chargers are typically installed in residences and workplaces.
DC Fast Chargers
DC fast chargers, sometimes referred to as Level 3 DC fast charging, uses a 3-phase 480 volt DC circuit, up to 350 amps. DC Fast Chargers provide 60 to 80 miles of range per hour of charge. Charge times vary based on the charger, the on-board vehicle charging equipment, and the vehicle’s battery capacity. DC fast chargers are typically found along major highways and in public locations.
Bi-Directional chargers
Bi-directional chargers enable a properly equipped EV to receive energy (charge) and provide energy to an external load. The most common application of bi-directional charging is vehicle-to-grid (V2G). Other applications include vehicle-to-building (V2B), vehicle-to-load (V2L), and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V). V2G charging provides additional resiliency to the grid and the opportunity to sell back energy.
Resiliency-as-a-Service
